These terms describe the operating rules for the FODBERLIN storefront and should be finalized before a public launch.
Orders
An order is created when checkout is submitted. Fulfillment begins after payment is confirmed by the provider or marked by the admin team. FODBERLIN may review or cancel suspicious, duplicated, or inventory-conflicted orders.
Availability
Capsule stock is limited. If payment is confirmed after stock has already been exhausted, the order is flagged for inventory review and the team will contact the customer with next steps.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the selected checkout currency. International conversion rates in this prototype should be replaced with finalized prices or a live FX strategy before production.
Site use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized admin access, spam payment/order endpoints, scrape protected order data, or interfere with checkout and fulfillment operations.
