Shipping and delivery
Orders are packed from the FODBERLIN studio workflow with tracking added from the admin dashboard once the parcel is handed to a courier.
Processing
Ready-to-ship pieces are prepared within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Capsule drops, made-to-order pieces, or inventory-review orders may need extra handling time.
Nigeria
Lagos delivery is arranged with a local courier where available. Other Nigerian destinations are shipped with tracked courier service after address confirmation.
International
International orders can be paid through supported Paystack or Flutterwave currencies and shipped with tracked courier service. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking details appear on the order status page once the admin team adds the courier reference. Use the Track Order page with your order reference and checkout email.
