This storefront collects the minimum information needed to take payment, prepare orders, and help customers track fulfillment.
Data collected
Checkout collects name, email, phone, country, address, selected items, size, quantity, payment provider, and order status. Saved pieces and cart lines are stored locally in the customer's browser.
Payments
Payments are initialized through Paystack or Flutterwave hosted checkout. FODBERLIN does not store card details in this app; provider dashboards handle payment credentials and verification.
Operations
Order data is used for fulfillment, status updates, tracking, customer support, fraud prevention, and internal admin exports. Admin access is password protected.
Prototype storage
This build stores products and orders in local JSON files for prototype handoff. Before production traffic, move customer data to a managed database with backups, access controls, and a finalized privacy policy.
